The Belfry
This is a limited edition multi-block linocut of the First Baptist Church tower in Midland, Texas. I attended choir festivals here several times in my youth. Four colored layers of patterns and transparency are combined to achieve the unique 3-D texturing of the print’s terra cotta roof.
